Download for free the most recent standalone offline installer for UltraSearch on Windows. It facilitates the discovery of folders and files on local NTFS drives.
A Synopsis of UltraSearch
This program returns the results of locating files and folders on local NTFS drives within seconds. It leverages its performance by directly manipulating the Master File Table (MFT) of the NTFS partitions, as opposed to storing an index on the hard drive.
Additionally, it detects NTFS hard links. While typing in a file name or pattern such as *.exe, the initial results will be displayed. UltraSearch furthermore provides support for regular expressions.
It will display supplementary data for each of the enumerated files, including file size and dates (including last changes, last access, and file creation). The Explorer context menu is naturally accessible within UltraSearch.
Additionally, an exclude filter allows for the exclusion of folders, files, or file types from searches. The search results may be exported or printed in the following formats: text, RTF, HTML, CSV, and Excel. They may also be sorted by a variety of criteria.
