TCC (formerly known as 4NT) is our Windows command prompt for console use. The CMD command line (the default Windows command terminal) is substituted with TCC. TCC is a superset of CMD, consisting of over 695 internal variables and functions, 246 internal commands (CMD has less than 40), and hundreds of enhancements to extant CMD commands.
